Your activities:
You will support our customer service department including our e-commerce manager. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Development and Design of our dealer oriented Internet site " ExtraNet"
• Treating and publishing promotions in cooperation with the Brand Management Team
• Support of the customer service team (SAP)
• Creation of e-commerce manuals for new users
• Cooperation with the logistic department for customer relevant issues
• Preparation of Presentations and creation of reports
• Individual Project: Business Process Optimization. Analyze internal processes and find adapted solutions in order to smooth processes
You are currently studying Business Administration or Management and you are fluent in English and French. Language skills of Dutch and/or German would be beneficial. Ideally, you already gained professional experience or experience with project work in your studies which you can deploy in this internship. You have excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Visio and FrontPage would be an asset. You are communicative, a team player and you are able to solve tasks efficiently. Moreover, you are able to work independently; you are stress resistant and show initiative.
