Your tasks:
Marketing B2B and travel agencies:
• Assistance in Fam Trips
• Developing of promotion materials like flyers
• Maintenance of the data base
• Tracking in FinHotel and other websites to control the visibility of the hotel online
• Learn how to use the hotels IT systems
• Price management
Information Management:
• Reservation management
• Analysis of the capacities of the hotel
• Documentation of the daily sales and classification regarding markets
• Market studies and research of new interesting leisure activities
• Developing of the weekly report regarding sales, occupation, room nights etc.
We are looking for:
Studies: Marketing, Business, Tourism Management or similar
IT: MS Office, Internet
Languages: English and/or Spanish, other european languages are valued
