Your tasks
There are some of the responsibilities of the department; but, not necessarily the student will developed all of them. It depends of the necessities of the Hotel and the Department. - Review the listings and VIP Hospitality - Review of VIP rooms - Knowledge of VIP - Contact with guides and tour operators - Distribution of e-mails - Perform hours of restaurants and hotel services - Ensure accuracy of information presented to groups - Ensure delivery of leaflets to individuals - Tracking and resolution of complaints - Accounting Management excursions - Channeling complaints quality - Arrange delivery and collection of questionnaires of quality restaurants - Management functions of the PR-door restaurants - Attend repeaters at tea time - Organize restaurant reservations - Request the Head of PR firm for the removal of material Commissary - Posters Restaurant Review - Management of babysitting - Cocktail Making Honeymoon - Distribute Press for VIP clients - Support Home - service phone - Call Center - Prepare welcome and farewell letters to clients
We are looking for:
-Studies: Tourism, languages, communication, similar
-Languages: English and/or Spanish - Valued Germany, Italian and others
-Experience: Valued but not necessary
-IT: Windows, Office & Internet
-Others: Interest in the hotel world is valued
