Tätigkeitsbeschreibung: Independent Equity GmbH ("IEG") is a young, but fast-growing investment bank, which provides integrated corporate finance advisory and private equity for small- to medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs") in Germany and Europe. IEG is headquartered in Berlin and maintains associated offices in London, Milan and China.
IEG is looking for qualified, highly motivated and ambitious individuals to spend at least 4-6 months with IEG in Berlin, working on designated projects. Projects include, but are not limited to, M&A, fund structuring, fundraising, private placements, re-capitalisations and similar or related assignments.
Applicants must have an excellent academic background in Business Administration/ Finance or Economics and an interest in the financial markets, accounting and financial engineering, coupled with an unique entrepreneurial spirit. They must show strong communication skills and professional drive. Candidates also need to be fluent in German and English and proficient in MS Office (in particular MS PowerPoint and Excel). Ideal applicants will be able to generate and execute innovative ideas that create intelligent solutions for our clients.
