Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Independent Equity GmbH ("IEG") is a young, but fast-growing investment bank, which provides integrated corporate finance advisory and private equity for small- to medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs") in Germany and Europe. IEG is headquartered in Berlin and maintains associated offices in London, Milan and China.
If recently graduated in Business Administration/ Finance or Economics and fields with superior academic achievements and possibly previous work experience in financial markets, investment banking and accounting, IEG encourages graduates to apply for a position as Financial Analyst.
Candidates will work in IEG´s office in Berlin on several projects (including M&A, fund structuring, fundraising, private placements, re-capitalisations and similar or related assignments) directly with clients and side-by-side with the experts in the firm. Applicants must show strong quantitative and analytical skills, knowledge of financial services and a high degree of initiative, motivation and entrepreneurial spirit. They are able to work client-focused and independently while functioning as part of a team. Both, capability to apply advanced oral and written communication skills and fluent language skills in German and English are expected.
