The successful candidate will become part of a very dynamic and talented international team.
She or he will work with the Country Manager Austria/Switzerland/Germany and have the advantage of sharing ideas and support from the Synch.One team and management.
Our primary goals and objectives are to create and develop a strong presence in the German speaking area and to realize the strategy for marketing, public relations, logistics and everything else needed for that specific location and culture.
The Inside Sales Specialist Austria/Switzerland/Germany answers to every query made personally or via others that will cooperate with him and makes sure that the right follow- up structure and leads management is in place.
The communication with the leads and clients is based online and on the phone (incoming and outgoing calls).
The position can be performed as part time within the home office and would be most suitable for a self-employed person that already owns some sort of business or a student.
Although, the position will need a lot of energy and initiative from the candidate.
Some do perform it successfully alongside other tasks in their lives.
The position is based on a cooperation level and on very high performance-based commission.
Synch.One provides full support and personal training on a day-to-day basis.
The applicant will learn a lot and gain rare hands-on experience on cutting edge online marketing and sales techniques.
Synch.One provides the budget for advertising and technical support.
The ideal Candidate needs to be:

Creative, intelligent, positive, patient, dynamic and energetic, people skills and marketing skills and persevere with the task, likes challenges and is well grounded and focuses, loyal, integrity and honest, self starter
We are very open to candidates from various backgrounds, however a strong experience in sales (e.g. within the financial services industry, call-center experience [inbound and outbound], leads management etc.) and a good understanding of online marketing is a must.
